Overview
The Dahua VTO9631Q Ultra Series IP Face Recognition Apartment Door Station is a high-capacity entrance terminal designed for apartment towers, commercial buildings, offices, gated communities and large multi-tenant developments. It features a large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen with 800 × 1280 resolution, dual 2 MP low-light cameras, DWDR, 3D noise reduction, automatic IR illumination and two-way audio. The terminal supports face, IC card, password and remote unlocking, with up to 200,000 users, 100,000 face templates and 100,000 cards. Face recognition operates from approximately 0.3 to 1.5 metres, with stated accuracy of 99.9% and recognition speed of about 0.2 seconds per person. It also supports liveness detection, auto snapshot, text/image information release, elevator-control integration, MicroSD storage, web configuration, SIP/ONVIF/HTTP/HTTPS communication, RS-485, Wiegand, alarm I/O, door-status detection and lock control. The unit is built with tempered glass and aluminium alloy, supports surface or flush mounting, and carries an IP65 rating for professional outdoor deployment. The related Dahua VTO7631Q provides many of the same Ultra Series capabilities in a more compact format. It uses a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with 600 × 1024 resolution, dual 2 MP cameras, face recognition, IC-card and password access, remote unlocking, liveness detection, automatic snapshot and two-way audio. Capacity is approximately 100,000 users, 50,000 faces and 50,000 cards, while face recognition maintains the same approximately 0.3–1.5 m range, 99.9% accuracy and 0.2-second recognition speed. It also supports MicroSD cards up to 128 GB, elevator calling and floor-permission integration, RS-485, Wiegand, alarm inputs/outputs, 12 VDC auxiliary power output, door-status input and IP65 outdoor protection. In practical terms, the VTO9631Q is better suited to premium, high-traffic developments requiring the larger 10.1-inch interface and greater credential capacity, while the VTO7631Q is a strong 7-inch alternative for projects needing the same core face-recognition and IP intercom functions in a smaller form factor. VEGA Digital IT Solutions LLC provides the Dahua VTO9631Q, VTO7631Q and related Dahua Ultra Series IP video-intercom systems as a professional supplier, vendor and system integrator across Dubai, the UAE and the wider Middle East.
