Dahua VTS5A40B Master Station

The Dahua VTS5A40B Master Station is a professional IP video-intercom management console designed for security control rooms, reception areas, residential compounds, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and emergency communication environments. It features a 10-inch capacitive glass touchscreen with 1024 × 600 resolution, Android 11 operating system, built-in loudspeaker and handset, full two-way audio with echo suppression and digital noise reduction, and support for H.264/H.265 video. The VTS5A40B can display up to four 720p video channels simultaneously, allowing operators to monitor Dahua door stations and compatible IP cameras while handling visitor or emergency calls. It also supports remote door unlocking, video recording, snapshots, MicroSD storage up to 512 GB, HDMI output, web configuration, SIP, ONVIF, CGI and SDK integration, making it suitable as a centralized communication and monitoring point. The VTS5A40B can be configured for both building intercom and industrial intercom applications. In building mode, Dahua specifies support for up to 32 VTS master stations and 32 IP cameras, while industrial mode can connect as many as 300 IP VTA emergency/intercom terminals together with up to 32 IPCs. Operators can communicate directly with indoor monitors, entrance stations and emergency terminals, monitor entrances, unlock doors during calls or live monitoring and store communication records locally. Hardware connectivity includes 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, RS-485, HDMI, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, plus a 12 VDC / 200 mA auxiliary power output. The desk-mounted unit uses an adjustable 0°–45° stand, is powered by 12 VDC / 4 A, consumes approximately ≤5 W standby and ≤10 W operating, and is designed for continuous operation from roughly -10°C to +55°C.
