The Evoko Liso Room Manager is a professional self-hosted room scheduling display designed to simplify meeting-room booking and improve workspace utilisation in corporate offices, business centres and modern hybrid workplaces. It features an 8-inch capacitive multi-touch display with an intuitive interface that clearly shows room status using highly visible colour indicators—green for available, amber for an upcoming meeting and red for occupied—allowing employees to understand availability even from a distance. The Liso integrates with major calendar platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace and IBM/Lotus Domino, while it can also operate in standalone environments using Evoko Booking.The Evoko Liso includes intelligent functions that help organisations reduce unused bookings and make better use of meeting-room resources. Its check-in feature requires participants to confirm that they have arrived; if nobody checks in within the configured period, the reservation can automatically be released, reducing so-called “ghost meetings.” Users can also book an available room instantly, extend an existing meeting when the next time slot is free, end meetings early and report faulty room equipment directly from the panel.
