FERMAX KIN PANEL

The FERMAX KIN Touch Panel MEET – Ref. 1445 is a premium 100% IP digital video entrance panel designed for residential towers, luxury apartments, gated communities, hotels, offices and large commercial developments. It features a 10.1-inch 1024 × 600 capacitive colour touchscreen protected by high-resistance tempered glass, an HD colour camera with approximately 105° horizontal / 55° vertical viewing angle, high-power LED illumination for low-light conditions, a presence/motion sensor and hands-free audio through an integrated high-output speaker and microphone. The Android-based interface provides an advanced electronic resident directory, alphanumeric apartment calling, customizable background/help screens, temporary guest codes, customizable virtual buttons and multilingual operation. Integrated access control supports up to 100,000 proximity cards/PIN credentials and, on the current specification, up to 50,000 facial-recognition profiles; the panel also supports MIFARE, Wiegand input/output, SIP/VoIP, RS-485 lift integration, RTSP output for NVR/CCTV recording, forced-door/tamper alarms, and viewing of up to four auxiliary IP cameras during a conversation. Power can be supplied through PoE or 12 VDC, and the panel measures approximately 185 × 405 × 50 mm, with an operating range around -25°C to +70°C. Within the wider FERMAX MEET ecosystem, the KIN Touch can be combined with several entrance-panel and indoor-monitor families according to the project.
