The FERMAX WIT 7" Monitor PoE Black MEET – Ref. 14723 is an advanced IP video-intercom and residential management monitor for apartments, villas, hotels, offices, and premium developments using the FERMAX MEET platform. It features a 7-inch 1024 × 600 capacitive touchscreen, Android 10 architecture, high-definition colour display, full hands-free two-way communication, G.711 audio and H.264 video, selectable ringtones, and network-based firmware updates. The WIT platform supports concierge calling, intercom between monitors in the same residence, calls between apartments, call history with captured visitor images, text messages from property management, Do Not Disturb, SOS, lift-control functions, seven integrated alarm zones plus tamper management, doorbell input, and remote configuration through its web server. Residents can monitor compatible entrance panels and RTSP IP CCTV cameras, display up to four auxiliary camera views during a conversation, and activate auxiliary entrances or relays; up to eight external relays can be controlled using FERMAX relay module Ref. 1616. The monitor supports PoE or 12 VDC, provides one RJ45 Ethernet connection on the 7-inch version, and carries an IP30/IK04 indoor rating. The WIT 7" Monitor PoE White MEET – Ref. 14721 provides the same core WIT functionality in a white finish, allowing designers to match the monitor with different interior styles.For projects requiring a larger user interface and deeper smart-home integration, FERMAX provides the WIT 10" Home Automation Monitor PoE Black MEET – Ref. 14833 and WIT 10" Home Automation Monitor PoE White MEET – Ref. 14831. These models use a 10-inch capacitive 1024 × 600 display, hands-free HD video communication, Android-based operation, seven integrated alarm zones plus tamper protection, CCTV viewing, property-management messaging, concierge communication, lift control, door-release functions, and home-automation application integration. The 10-inch WIT platform provides two RJ45 Ethernet interfaces, allowing separation of the apartment network from the building MEET network, and can operate through PoE or 12 VDC. FERMAX also offers complete packages such as the 1/W MEET Video WIT 10" White Kit – Ref. 1506 and 1/W MEET Video WIT 10" Black Kit – Ref. 1507. The white kit includes the WIT 10" Ref. 14831, 1/W MILO Video Panel Ref. 9533, PoE 4-Port Switch Ref. 1586, NEO/WIT Monitor Connector Ref. 95411, and MILO 1/W Panel Flush Box Ref. 9543; the black kit uses WIT 10" Ref. 14833 and black MILO panel Ref. 953303 with the same supporting infrastructure.
