Biamp TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI – Professional Dante DSP Solution from VEGA Digital
The Biamp TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI is a professional fixed-I/O digital signal processor designed for small to medium conference rooms, council chambers, training spaces and voice-lift or mix-minus applications that require high-quality audio processing together with Dante network connectivity. It provides 12 mic/line analogue inputs and 8 mic/line analogue outputs, along with up to 8 channels of configurable USB audio for direct integration with compatible conferencing computers and USB audio hosts.A major advantage of the TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI is its integrated 32 × 32 channel Dante digital audio networking, allowing the DSP to exchange professional audio with Dante-enabled microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers and third-party networked AV devices. It also operates as an AES67-enabled Dante endpoint, providing additional interoperability for standards-based networked audio environments. The unit includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one for Dante audio networking and one for Tesira control, as well as RS-232 serial control, 4-pin GPIO, IEEE 802.1X port authentication and a two-line OLED display with capacitive-touch navigation. It operates at 48 kHz with 24-bit A/D and D/A conversion, supplies +48V phantom power for professional condenser microphones and fits into a standard 1RU rack space, making it suitable for professionally engineered AV installations.VEGA Digital can integrate the DSP with Biamp microphones, Desono loudspeakers, Biamp amplifiers, Dante-enabled audio devices, conferencing systems, USB audio hosts, room-control platforms and structured network infrastructure, creating a complete professionally engineered solution rather than supplying the processor as a standalone component.
