TesiraFORTÉ X 1600 Meeting Room DSP

The Biamp TesiraFORTÉ X 1600 is a powerful next-generation meeting room digital signal processor (DSP) designed for medium-to-large conference rooms, executive boardrooms, training facilities and complex unified communications environments. It provides 16 channels of Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) that can be assigned across analog or digital inputs, together with professional DSP functions including signal routing, mixing, equalisation, filtering, dynamics processing and delay. The unit supports AVB, Dante and AES67 networked audio simultaneously, providing system designers with considerable flexibility when integrating microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers and other networked AV devices. It also includes 2 mic/line analogue inputs, 2 mic/line analogue outputs, up to 2×2 configurable USB audio, SIP-based VoIP support and four channels of GPIO, making the TesiraFORTÉ X 1600 a versatile processing platform for sophisticated conferencing and collaboration systems.The TesiraFORTÉ X 1600 is particularly well suited to scalable networked meeting-room designs because it incorporates five Gigabit Ethernet ports, with four supporting PoE+ at up to 30W per port, allowing compatible Biamp peripherals to receive network connectivity and power through the same infrastructure.
