The WatchNET BLZ-8TF50 is an advanced 8 MP Smart Warm Light Active Deterrence AI Fixed-Focal Turret Camera designed for commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, retail premises, warehouses, parking areas, residential developments and other professional surveillance applications. It uses a large 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor and provides up to 3840 × 2160 4K resolution at 25 fps, with excellent low-light sensitivity down to approximately 0.0008 lux in colour and 0 lux when its illuminator is active. WatchNET provides warm-white illumination up to 50 metres, H.264+/H.265+ smart compression, three video streams, 3D noise reduction, BLC/HLC, privacy masking and local microSD recording up to 256 GB. Intelligent functions include Smart Motion Detection, intrusion and tripwire protection, loitering detection, people gathering, parking detection, abandoned/missing-object detection, face detection, people counting, queue detection, heat mapping and AI search with compatible NVRs. This is important because the BLZ-8TF50 datasheet lists DWDR rather than a specified 110 dB true-WDR value, so VEGA Digital should use it only where the lighting conditions and approved SIRA design are suitable, while 120 dB WDR MPIX models may be preferred for strongly backlit locations. SIRA also approves security cameras model by model through its equipment certification process. The public SIRA list dated 31 March 2026 confirms WatchNET models such as BLZ-4BVM (SIRA/2026/7/14759) and BLZ-4DVM (SIRA/2026/7/14760), but I did not find the exact BLZ-8TF50 or the four MPIX models above in that public list.
