The Matrix COSEC PANEL200P is a powerful IP-based access control panel designed to centrally manage large numbers of doors, users and security events from a single platform. It supports up to 255 door controllers, including up to 32 controllers directly over RS-485, and can manage approximately 25,000 users with an event buffer of 500,000 records. The PANEL200P runs on a Linux-based operating system with an 800 MHz Cortex-A8 processor, supported by 256 MB RAM and 256 MB flash memory. Built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS-485, USB and an 8 GB SD card provide flexible communication and data-management options, making it suitable for enterprise offices, factories, warehouses, data centres, educational institutions and multi-building access-control environments. A key strength of the COSEC PANEL200P is its ability to operate either as part of a centralized network architecture with Matrix COSEC CENTRA/VYOM or in a standalone configuration for a single location. It provides configurable auxiliary input and Form-C/SPDT relay output, tamper detection, real-time clock, tri-colour status LEDs and audible buzzer indication for alarm and system-status monitoring. The panel can work with Matrix door controllers and reader infrastructure to create highly scalable systems; Matrix’s COSEC architecture supports combinations of COSEC ARC DC200P, PATH readers/controllers, ATOM readers and other compatible Matrix devices. Its compact enclosure measures approximately 125.25 × 81.5 × 30.5 mm, supports wall or tabletop mounting, and operates from 12 VDC / 2 A, making it easy to deploy inside security rooms, network cabinets or access-control panels.
