Akuvox E16

The Akuvox E16 Series Smart Door Phone is an advanced SIP-based access-control and video-intercom solution designed for residential towers, offices, commercial buildings and secured facilities. The E16C features a 5-inch 1280 × 720 IPS capacitive touchscreen, a 2 MP WDR camera, facial recognition, NFC/RF card reading, QR-code and PIN access, and integration through Wiegand and RS485. Akuvox specifies support for up to 20,000 faces and 20,000 cards, with facial-recognition processing in less than 0.2 seconds and stated recognition accuracy above 99.7%. The unit supports SIP audio/video communication, H.264 video, G.722 wideband audio, PoE, web-based configuration and IP65 weather protection. The E16 family also includes the E16P, which adds palm-vein recognition, dual cameras and ONVIF support, offering another touchless biometric option for high-security access applications. Selected E16C variants can also support mask and body-temperature detection.The wider Akuvox E-Series provides models for different entrance and emergency-communication requirements. The E18 upgrades to a 7-inch IPS touchscreen with dual-camera configurations, facial recognition, PIN, Bluetooth, QR code, NFC and both 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz credentials; it supports Wiegand, RS485, multiple relay/input connections, PoE, optional LTE and selected temperature-detection versions, with Akuvox listing capacities of 20,000 faces, 20,000 cards and 50,000 event records. The compact E12 provides a 2 MP wide-angle camera, illuminated single call button, SIP video communication, card/NFC access, Bluetooth, relay control, PoE and IP65 protection, with E12W adding 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and E12S-2 supporting Akuvox’s 2-wire architecture. The E13S is a compact single-button SIP video door phone with a 2 MP 114° horizontal camera, 13.56 MHz NFC/card reader, one door relay, PoE, surface or flush mounting and IP65 protection.
