CAME 700EN1-D

The CAME 700EN1-D (700 E N1 D) waist-height turnstile is a robust bi-directional double tripod pedestrian access system designed for corporate offices, commercial towers, industrial facilities, schools, government buildings, transport environments and other sites requiring controlled entry and exit. CAME manufactures the structure and tripod arms in brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316 stainless steel or painted finishes available as options, and provides side status indicators to clearly show permitted passage direction. The system can be supplied with fixed arms or a drop-arm anti-panic configuration; during a power failure, the fixed-arm version allows free rotation in both directions, while the drop-arm version lowers the horizontal arm to create an emergency escape passage. Operating modes can be configured through DIP switches, PC or a dedicated application, while dry-contact inputs and outputs allow integration with third-party access-control equipment. CAME also supports optional RS232, RS485 and TCP/IP communication modules, together with an integrated Wi-Fi module for supported configuration and management functions. The related CAME 700 E / 700 E N1 is the single-lane version of the same waist-height tripod concept and is available in electromechanical or optionally motor-driven operation. It uses the same AISI 304 stainless-steel architecture, optional AISI 316 or painted construction, configurable access modes, status indicators and compatibility with third-party card, biometric and access-control platforms. CAME specifies the 700 E N1 for indoor and outdoor operation with 100% continuous 24/7 duty, a 110/220 VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply, approximately 35 kg weight, and an operating-temperature range of -20°C to +68°C, extendable to around -50°C with an optional heater. Published performance for the single unit is approximately 30 passages per minute in manual/electromechanical operation and 25 passages per minute in motor-driven mode, with maximum cycle ratings of 82 and 75 cycles per minute respectively. This makes the single 700 E suitable for individual controlled lanes, while 700EN1-D provides the double-tripod configuration where two pedestrian lanes or higher-capacity access is required within a coordinated CAME entrance system.
