CAME HG01

The CAME HG01 Speed Gate is a high-performance bi-directional motor-driven pedestrian access gate with retractable glass wings, designed for corporate offices, commercial buildings, hotels, government facilities and other premium indoor entrances requiring controlled pedestrian flow. Its structure is manufactured from AISI 304 brushed stainless steel, with AISI 316 available as an option, combined with a black tempered-glass top and illuminated tempered-glass gate wings. The HG01 incorporates an infrared passage-monitoring system, side status indicators and a top passage indicator, while supporting selectable free or controlled operating modes and compatibility with third-party access-control systems through dry-contact inputs/outputs. CAME specifies a 570 mm passage width, continuous 100% / 24-hour duty, 110/220 VAC supply, approximately 30 passages per minute with a maximum operating capacity around 60 cycles per minute, and an operating range from approximately -20°C to +68°C. Battery-backed emergency operation automatically opens the passage during a power failure, helping maintain safe evacuation. Optional communications modules provide RS232, RS485 and TCP/IP connectivity, enabling integration with broader access-control and building-management platforms.The related CAME HG02 GL retains the same bi-directional retractable-gate concept but uses a more compact and elegant chassis, making it suitable for reception areas and lobbies where space and aesthetics are particularly important. It uses AISI 304 stainless steel, optional AISI 316 construction, a black tempered-glass top, illuminated tempered-glass wings, integrated infrared monitoring, LED passage/status indication and a standard 570 mm lane width. CAME specifies approximately 65 kg per unit, continuous 24/7 operation, 110/220 VAC power and similar flow performance of around 30 passages per minute, up to 60 cycles per minute. For accessible or wider entrances, the CAME HG02 GL DP increases the passage width to approximately 900 mm, making it suitable for wheelchair users, luggage, trolleys and wider pedestrian traffic. The HG02 GL DP is also offered in single, double and combined layouts, uses the same stainless-steel and illuminated-glass construction, weighs approximately 70 kg, and includes battery-assisted automatic gate opening during power outages. Both HG02 variants support third-party credential readers and optional RS232, RS485 or TCP/IP interfaces.
