DaoSafe DS-Q30

The DaoSafe DS-Q30 Quantum Optical Flap Turnstile is a high-speed pedestrian access-control solution designed for locations with heavy visitor movement such as office buildings, metro and railway stations, commercial facilities, schools and other controlled entrances. DaoSafe specifies throughput of up to approximately 45 persons per minute, with a standard 600 mm passage width on its current product page and 550 mm in its latest downloadable datasheet, so the exact supplied configuration should be confirmed at ordering. The gate supports single-direction or bi-directional operation, uses 15 mm plexiglass flap arms as standard with optional 10 mm tempered glass, and incorporates seven pairs of infrared sensors. Key functions include automatic reset after an authorized user fails to pass within the programmed time, anti-intrusion, anti-reverse and anti-tailgating alarms, red/green LED passage indicators, and automatic arm opening during power failure or emergency conditions to provide free evacuation. The standard cabinet is approximately 1400 × 280 × 978 mm, with weights of around 65 kg for single-core and 75 kg for double-core configurations. Within the Quantum range, the DS-Q30 sits between the DS-Q20 optical swing turnstile and the faster DS-Q70 speed-gate platforms, making it particularly suitable where a compact flap-barrier design and rapid pedestrian processing are required.
