Door Controller - COSEC ARGO FACE

The Matrix COSEC ARGO FACE is an advanced AI-powered facial-recognition door controller designed for access control, time-attendance, visitor management and workforce-management applications. It uses deep-learning-based face recognition with fake-face detection and can perform 1:N identification against up to 200,000 face templates in under one second, while 1:1 verification can be completed in under 0.5 seconds. The terminal supports up to 50,000 users, 200,000 facial templates and 500,000 event records, providing capacity for enterprise-scale deployments. Authentication options include face, PIN, RFID card and Bluetooth Low Energy mobile credentials, while card variants support technologies such as EM Prox, MIFARE, DESFire, NFC, HID iCLASS and HID Prox depending on the selected model. A 3.5-inch capacitive IPS touchscreen with Gorilla Glass 3 provides a durable and intuitive interface for users. The COSEC ARGO FACE is engineered for flexible integration with modern building-security infrastructure. Communication options include Ethernet, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and optional 3G/4G/LTE through a USB modem, while IEEE 802.3af PoE allows power and network connectivity to be delivered through a single Ethernet cable. The controller provides interfaces for an external reader through RS-232 and Wiegand, along with a door-lock relay rated up to 30 VDC / 2 A. Its compact enclosure measures approximately 186 × 74 × 50 mm for wall mounting and can also be flush-mounted for a cleaner architectural appearance. By combining the RGB and IR cameras, deep-learning processing, multiple credential technologies and network connectivity in a single device, ARGO FACE is well suited for corporate offices, commercial buildings, factories, data centres, educational facilities and other environments requiring fast and contactless access.
