The Hikvision DS-2CD1F47G3H-LIU(F)(/SX) is a 4 MP ColorVu 3.0 Fixed PT Network Camera designed for flexible surveillance of entrances, reception areas, retail premises, villas, parking zones, warehouses and commercial facilities. It uses a 1/1.8-inch Progressive Scan CMOS sensor and delivers up to 2560 × 1440 resolution, with an F1.0 lens and extremely low-light colour imaging down to approximately 0.0001 lux. Hikvision ColorVu 3.0 and HikAI-ISP improve colour reproduction, noise reduction and nighttime clarity, while Smart Hybrid Light combines IR and white illumination in three operating modes with coverage up to approximately 30 metres. Unlike a conventional fixed turret or bullet camera, the unit provides remote PT adjustment of approximately -170° to +170° pan and 0° to 80° tilt, and Auto Tracking can follow people detected through Motion Detection 3.0. Fixed 2.8 mm and 4 mm lenses are available, H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 compression reduces bandwidth and storage demand, and the /SX version adds Live Guard functionality, white or red/blue strobe warning and two-way audio through the camera and Hik-Connect. The enclosure is rated IP66 for outdoor dust and water protection. DS-2CD1643G3-LIZ(S)U(/SX) is the motorized-varifocal bullet version with a 2.8–12 mm lens, 4 MP resolution, approximately 50 m hybrid illumination, 120 dB WDR, human/vehicle classification and IP67 protection, while DS-2CD1743G3-LIZ(S)U(/SX) provides the same motorized concept in a dome configuration. DS-2CD1B43G3-LIU(F)(/SX) and DS-2CD1T43G3-LIU(F)(/SX) are fixed-lens 4 MP bullet-family options using Smart Hybrid Light; -F variants provide local SD storage and /SX variants add Live Guard/two-way-audio functionality. The earlier G2 family remains important for SIRA projects: DS-2CD1043G2-I(UF) is a fixed bullet, DS-2CD1143G2-I a fixed dome, DS-2CD1643G2-IZ(S) a 2.8–12 mm motorized-varifocal bullet, DS-2CD1743G2-IZ(S) a motorized-varifocal vandal dome, DS-2CD1H43G2-IZ(S) a motorized-varifocal turret, and DS-2CD1T43G2-LIU(F) a long-body Smart Hybrid Light fixed bullet; DS-2CD1643G2-LIU(F) represents the hybrid-light bullet branch of the family. Critically, SIRA’s official approved-camera list explicitly confirms DS-2CD1043G2-I as SIRA/2023/7/04104, DS-2CD1143G2-I as SIRA/2023/7/04134, DS-2CD1643G2-IZ as SIRA/2023/7/04107 and DS-2CD1743G2-IZ as SIRA/2023/7/04108. For final Dubai compliance, the exact camera model and suffix should match its SIRA equipment certificate, the project must have an approved Security Plan Certificate, and the completed system must pass the required Security Audit before final Security System Certification.
