Overview
The Hanwha Vision TNO-7180RLP is a specialist 3 MP high-speed License Plate Recognition / ANPR camera engineered for highways, road entrances, logistics facilities, industrial compounds, parking environments and other applications where accurate vehicle identification is required at significant distance and speed. It uses a 1/1.8-inch global-shutter CMOS sensor with up to 2048 × 1536 resolution, together with a powerful 6.8–120 mm 18× motorized varifocal lens, approximately 50 m WiseIR illumination and high-speed shutter operation to reduce motion blur. Hanwha's pre-installed Wisenet Road AI provides licence/number-plate recognition together with vehicle make, model and colour recognition, black/white-list notifications and intelligent searches by plate, country, manufacturer, model and colour. The camera supports coverage of up to two traffic lanes and vehicle speeds up to approximately 200 km/h in its high-speed configuration, while a pre-installed 32 GB microSD card can retain approximately 10,000 LPR images. Additional features include H.265/H.264/MJPEG, WiseStream II, image stabilization, defog, analytics, RS-485, configurable alarm I/O, audio I/O, Gigabit Ethernet and ONVIF/SUNAPI integration. Its rugged aluminium construction provides IP66, IK10 and NEMA 4X protection, together with NEMA TS2 environmental compliance, making it highly suitable for demanding Middle East road environments. VEGA Digital IT Solutions LLC, as a SIRA-approved CCTV/security solutions provider in Dubai and organized Hanwha Vision solution supplier and system integrator across the Middle East, can integrate the TNO-7180RLP into complete ANPR, traffic-surveillance, recording and control-room solutions. The wider Hanwha Vision bullet-camera portfolio gives VEGA Digital high-performance alternatives for general surveillance, perimeter protection and long-distance identification. The PNO-A9311R is an 8 MP / 4K AI long-range IR bullet camera using a large 1/1.18-inch CMOS sensor, a powerful 6.91–214.7 mm 31× motorized varifocal lens, approximately 70 m IR, and AI-based detection of people, faces, vehicles and licence plates, with IP66/IP67, IK10 and NEMA 4X construction; importantly, the exact PNO-A9311R is listed by SIRA under certificate SIRA/2025/7/11445. The QNO-C6083R is a 2 MP AI IR bullet camera with a 3.2–10.2 mm motorized lens, 40 m IR, 120 dB WDR, 256 GB edge storage, IP66 and IK10, and it is confirmed in SIRA's published camera record under SIRA/2024/7/09425. The QNO-C9083R raises resolution to 8 MP / 4K, retaining a 3.2–10.2 mm motorized lens, 30 m IR, 120 dB WDR, WiseNR II, WiseStream III and AI person/vehicle analytics; this exact model is listed under SIRA/2024/7/07401. The QNO-C8083R provides 5 MP resolution, the same 3.2–10.2 mm motorized-varifocal architecture, 30 m IR, 120 dB WDR and AI analytics, and is confirmed under SIRA/2024/7/07892. For premium perimeter applications, the XNO-6123R offers 2 MP at up to 120 fps, 90 m WiseIR, 150 dB Extreme WDR, AI detection of people, faces, vehicles and licence plates, WiseNR II, WiseStream III, gyro-based stabilization and IP66/IP67/NEMA4X/IK10 protection; the exact model is SIRA-listed under SIRA/2024/7/09424. For system installation and SIRA-oriented deployment, VEGA Digital begins with a detailed site and traffic survey defining vehicle lanes, expected vehicle speeds, licence-plate capture distances, approach angles, camera mounting heights, lighting and headlight conditions, perimeter areas, identification requirements, recording retention, network architecture, NVR/VMS capacity and UPS backup. For the TNO-7180RLP, engineers carefully align the 6.8–120 mm lens with the intended lane and configure shutter speed, focus, IR, plate-recognition area and Road AI parameters according to the actual traffic geometry; the PNO-A9311R is used where long-range 4K surveillance and 31× optical coverage are required, while the QNO-C and XNO models provide surrounding perimeter and general-security views. Cameras are mounted using appropriate Hanwha Vision brackets, weather-rated junctions and protected CAT6/fibre infrastructure, then connected through managed PoE/PoE++ switching and dedicated CCTV VLANs to Hanwha Vision NVRs or compatible Wisenet WAVE / VMS platforms. VEGA Digital configures H.265, WiseStream, WDR, WiseNR, ANPR/LPR rules, vehicle metadata, AI object classification, virtual line and intrusion zones, privacy masking, NTP synchronization, recording schedules, alarm actions and cybersecurity, followed by day/night plate-capture testing, vehicle-speed validation, zoom/focus calibration, identification checks, recording/playback and retention tests, network/UPS-failure testing and complete as-built documentation.
