The INOGENI IP2USB is a professional AV-over-IP to USB bridge and converter designed for conference rooms, boardrooms, classrooms, training spaces and hybrid collaboration environments where IP-based cameras and networked audio need to connect directly to a Room PC, laptop or unified communications system. It converts network video sources including NDI®, NDI HX and RTSP streams into standard USB video and HDMI outputs, allowing sophisticated IP cameras to be used with conferencing platforms without requiring expensive long-distance USB extenders. The IP2USB is also NDI Certified, supporting proven interoperability for professional AV-over-IP workflows, and can manage multiple network cameras—up to 12 registered camera sources— for larger spaces requiring flexible camera selection. It provides bidirectional UAC USB audio, enabling compatible USB speakerphones or DSP systems to exchange audio with the host computer, and includes additional USB connections for peripherals such as HID devices, touchscreens and other supported equipment. The IP2USB can also provide network PTZ camera control, including VISCA over IP and NDI control, with support for camera preset save/recall and adjustable PTZ speed in current firmware. A browser-based interface allows system integrators to register and select NDI or RTSP sources, while INOGENI’s management tools simplify configuration and firmware maintenance.
