VANTAGE V-PM1000-TST3

The VANTAGE V-PM1000-TST3 Half Height Tripod Turnstile Gate is a heavy-duty semi-automatic pedestrian access-control turnstile designed for corporate offices, commercial buildings, schools, staff entrances, gyms, transport facilities and other controlled pedestrian areas. It provides a 550 mm passage width with a throughput of approximately 30–35 persons per minute and supports both unidirectional and bidirectional operation. The mechanism uses an electromagnetic mechanical drive, automatically resets the tripod after each authorized passage and includes an adjustable timeout delay with LED status indication. It is designed for more than 5 million operating cycles and supports fail-safe or fail-lock operation, allowing either direction to become freely passable or remain locked according to the site's emergency policy. A drop-arm option can automatically lower the horizontal arm to create an evacuation route, and direct fire-alarm integration is supported. The standard chassis is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, with optional AISI 316 construction, and provides IP54 protection with IP56 available as an option. For electronic integration, the V-PM1000-TST3 can work with virtually any compatible RFID card reader, smart-card reader, fingerprint terminal, facial-recognition terminal, QR-code reader or third-party access-control system through its normally-open authorization input. Communication is available through dry contacts and relay inputs (NO/NC/COM), with optional RS232 or RS485 interfaces for projects requiring serial communication. The turnstile operates internally at 24 VDC from a 100–240 VAC power supply, consumes approximately 30 W, and is specified for operation between approximately -25°C and +70°C at up to 90% non-condensing humidity. Its compact body measures around 480 × 280 × 960 mm excluding the tripod arms, weighs approximately 30 kg including the arms, and carries CE, FCC and RoHS certifications. Compared with other VANTAGE tripod products, the V-PM1000-TST3 provides a compact single-lane solution with 30–35-person-per-minute throughput, while models such as the V-PM1800M-TST3 add fully motorized operation and the V-PM1600DC-TST3 is intended for dual-lane applications.
