VANTAGE V-PM1100-TST3

The VANTAGE V-PM1100-TST3 Half Height Tripod Turnstile Gate Barrier is a heavy-duty pedestrian access-control solution designed for corporate offices, commercial buildings, schools, gyms, staff entrances, industrial facilities and other controlled pedestrian areas. It is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and supports selectable operating modes including single-direction, bidirectional, always-free and always-locked passage. VANTAGE specifies a 550 mm passage width with throughput of up to approximately 15 persons per minute, automatic reset after each passage, adjustable timeout delay and LED direction indicators on both sides. The mechanism uses an electromagnetic DC drive operating at 24 VDC, supplied from 220–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with maximum power consumption of approximately 30 W. The turnstile carries an IP54 ingress-protection rating, operates from approximately -25°C to +70°C, measures about 1200 × 280 × 960 mm excluding the tripod arms, and weighs approximately 50 kg including the arms. VANTAGE also lists CE, FCC and RoHS compliance and describes the V-PM1100-TST3 as suitable for 24-hour continuous heavy-duty applications. A major advantage of the V-PM1100-TST3 is its flexibility for integration with modern access-control systems. VANTAGE provides a normally-open (NO) authorization input, allowing the tripod to be released by compatible RFID card readers, smart-card readers, fingerprint terminals, facial-recognition devices, QR-code readers or other third-party access-control equipment after a valid credential is presented. The gate then permits one authorized passage and automatically returns to its controlled state, helping prevent uncontrolled entry while maintaining organized pedestrian movement. Within VANTAGE’s current half-height turnstile portfolio, the V-PM1100-TST3 is positioned as a compact, continuously rated model, while alternatives such as the V-PM1000-TST3 and V-PM1200-TST3 offer higher throughput of around 30–35 persons per minute, the V-PM1800M-TST3 provides fully motorized operation, and the V-PM1600DC-TST3 provides a dual-lane configuration for higher-volume entrances.
