The VANTAGE V-PM1500-TST3 Half Height Dual Lane Tripod Turnstile Gate Barrier is a heavy-duty pedestrian entrance-management solution designed for corporate offices, commercial towers, industrial facilities, schools, gyms, transport locations and other high-traffic controlled entrances. It uses a dual-core, bi-directional semi-automatic design to manage two pedestrian lanes from one compact unit, with a standard 550 mm passage width and throughput of approximately 30–35 persons per minute. VANTAGE specifies AISI 304 stainless-steel construction, with optional 316 grade, IP54 protection with optional IP56, LED status/direction indicators, automatic reset after each authorized passage and an adjustable timeout delay. The system operates from 100–240 VAC, uses a 24 VDC electro-mechanical drive, consumes approximately 35 W, and is rated for more than 5 million operating cycles. It also supports operation from approximately -25°C to +70°C, making it suitable for demanding UAE environments. The V-PM1500-TST3 is designed for straightforward integration with modern access-control platforms. It accepts authorization from compatible RFID card readers, fingerprint readers, facial-recognition terminals and other biometric devices through a normally-open input, and provides dry-contact/relay interfaces using NO/NC/COM, with optional RS232 or RS485 communication for projects requiring centralized control. The gate supports fail-safe and fail-lock operation, allowing either or both directions to be released for free passage or locked in the home position depending on the security requirement. It also provides fire-alarm integration and an optional drop-arm function, where the horizontal tripod arm drops to create a clear evacuation path during an emergency. The body measures approximately 480 × 560 × 960 mm excluding the arms, weighs around 42 kg including the arms, and VANTAGE lists CE, FCC and RoHS compliance.
