The VANTAGE VP-PM5040SC/DC-SGT3 Swing Gate Barrier is a premium heavy-duty motorized pedestrian-access solution intended for corporate headquarters, commercial towers, hotels, banks, universities, government buildings and high-traffic reception areas. It supports single- or dual-core configurations, unidirectional or bidirectional operation, a standard passage width of up to 600 mm with an optional 900 mm lane, and selectable barrier heights of approximately 900–1200 mm. VANTAGE specifies throughput of about 35–40 persons per minute, opening/closing in approximately 0.5–1.5 seconds, and a passage timeout adjustable from 0–25 seconds. Its 24 VDC brushless servo motor is rated for more than 15 million operating cycles, while 18 pairs of infrared sensors and a 64-point infrared light curtain provide pedestrian detection and anti-pinch protection.
