ACTpro-1500 Door Controller

The Vanderbilt ACTpro-1500 Door Controller is a powerful single-door IP access controller designed for secure, scalable and network-based access control systems. It features a dual-port Ethernet switch, allowing straightforward IP connectivity and simplified network installation, and it supports up to 60,000 users and 2,000 user groups. Although the controller manages one door directly, it can be expanded using Vanderbilt ACTpro-100 and ACTpro-120 door stations, allowing a system to grow from a single controlled entrance to much larger multi-door installations. The ACTpro-1500 provides a comprehensive range of access management and monitoring features for commercial and enterprise installations. It can accommodate up to 250 time zones, 1,000 door groups and approximately 20,000 stored log events, providing administrators with detailed control over when and where users can gain access. The controller includes tamper monitoring and supports door-related security functions such as request-to-exit, door monitoring and break-glass monitoring when configured with compatible system hardware. It operates from an external 12V or 24V DC power supply and supports compatible Vanderbilt readers and door stations, including solutions using technologies such as MIFARE and OSDP/Wiegand reader interfaces depending on the connected hardware.
