Dahua ASGB8XXX-X

The Dahua ASGB8XXX-X Swing Turnstile is a premium pedestrian access-control solution designed for corporate headquarters, commercial towers, hotels, government buildings, banks, universities and other high-traffic indoor entrances. Its cabinet is manufactured from 2.0 mm SUS304 stainless steel and uses a DC brushless servo motor rated for at least 5 million operating cycles. Dahua equips the system with 10 pairs of infrared detectors plus 20 pairs of light-curtain sensors, providing comprehensive pedestrian monitoring and helping support anti-pinch, anti-collision, anti-tailgating and abnormal-passage detection. The standard passage width is 600 mm, with acrylic barriers configurable up to approximately 1,000 mm, making wider accessible lanes possible. Opening/closing speed can be adjusted from approximately 0.6–2.4 seconds, passage time from 2–60 seconds, and throughput reaches approximately 20–60 persons per minute. Additional features include illuminated acrylic swing barriers, people counting, memory mode, second unlock, sound/light alarms, four security levels, nine combinations of passage modes, and automatic remaining-open operation during fire emergencies. The related Dahua ASGB6XXX-X offers a slimmer, highly versatile swing-gate platform for projects where compact cabinet dimensions and flexible lane configuration are priorities. It uses a 1.5 mm SUS304 cabinet, DC brushless servo motor with ≥5 million-cycle MCBF, and 12 pairs of infrared detectors. A standard lane is 600 mm, expandable to around 1,000 mm, with acrylic barrier arms supplied as standard and stainless-steel arms available as an option. Dahua specifies adjustable opening/closing speeds from approximately 0.5–1.6 seconds, configurable passage and lock-delay times, and throughput of approximately 20–40 persons per minute. It also supports anti-collision, mechanical/IR anti-pinch protection, anti-tailgating, people counting, memory passage, second unlock, sound/light alarm, four security levels, nine entry/exit operating combinations and automatic opening during fire emergencies. Compared with the ASGB6XXX-X, the ASGB8XXX-X is the more sensor-intensive premium option, adding the 20-pair light curtain, thicker 2.0 mm construction, illuminated barrier design and higher published throughput, while the ASGB6XXX-X provides a strong balance of compact dimensions, configurable passage width and security functions.
