The Hanwha Vision QNE-C9013RL is an advanced 8 MP / 4K AI Dual-Light Flateye network camera designed for commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, retail environments, offices, warehouses, entrances, corridors and other locations requiring high-resolution surveillance with intelligent nighttime illumination. It delivers up to 3840 × 2160 resolution at 30 fps through a 3.0 mm F1.6 fixed lens, providing approximately 108° horizontal, 59° vertical and 127° diagonal coverage. Its Dual-Light system combines conventional 850 nm IR illumination up to 30 metres with a 3000K warm-white LED up to 30 metres, allowing discreet monochrome IR monitoring under normal conditions and full-colour illumination when additional visual identification or deterrence is required. AI can automatically activate the white light when a person or vehicle enters a configured area, while analytics classify people and vehicles and support object detection, virtual-line crossing/direction, loitering, intrusion, entrance/exit and motion events. Imaging technologies include 120 dB WDR, WiseNR II, SSNR V, lens-distortion correction and WiseStream III, with Hanwha stating that WiseStream III can significantly reduce bandwidth while maintaining useful detail. The camera also supports people counting, vehicle counting, queue management and heat maps, ONVIF Profiles S/G/T/M, SUNAPI, PoE and robust IP66, IP67 and IK10 protection. For Dubai projects, however, the precise QNE-C9013RL SKU should only be called individually “SIRA Approved” after its current model-specific approval is verified in SIRA's certified-equipment record.The related QNE-C8013RL provides a cost-effective 5 MP AI Dual-Light Flateye alternative, delivering up to 2592 × 1944 at 30 fps with a 3.0 mm fixed lens, approximately 30 m IR and 30 m warm-white illumination, 120 dB WDR, WiseNR II and WiseStream III. It similarly classifies people and vehicles, supports virtual lines, intrusion/loitering and other AI events, provides people/vehicle counting, queue management and heat maps, and carries IP66/IP67/IK10 protection, making it well suited to entrances, retail areas, offices, warehouses and external building coverage. The earlier QNE-8011R is a conventional 5 MP IR Flateye camera with a 2.8 mm fixed lens, approximately 105° horizontal coverage, 20 m IR, 120 dB WDR, WiseStream II, H.265/H.264/MJPEG, 128 GB microSD support and analytics such as motion, tampering, defocus, intrusion and virtual-line detection; it provides IP67 and IK10 environmental/vandal protection but does not offer the newer QNE-C family's AI object classification and dual-light deterrence architecture.For system installation and SIRA-oriented deployment, VEGA Digital first carries out a detailed site survey covering entrances and exits, reception and cashier points, restricted zones, corridors, external areas, lighting conditions, mounting height, required identification distance, field of view, network bandwidth, recording retention, NVR/VMS capacity and UPS requirements. The QNE-C9013RL is selected where 4K detail, AI analytics and Dual-Light operation are required; the QNE-C8013RL provides similar AI and Dual-Light functionality at 5 MP, while QNE-8011R is suited to conventional 5 MP IR surveillance where advanced AI classification and warm-white deterrence are not necessary. Cameras are installed using suitable Hanwha Vision mounting accessories and protected CAT6/fibre infrastructure, connected through managed PoE switches and dedicated CCTV VLANs, and integrated with Hanwha Vision NVRs or compatible VMS platforms. Engineers configure H.265, WiseStream, WDR, WiseNR, IR/white-light behaviour, person and vehicle classification, virtual lines/areas, intrusion and loitering rules, people counting, privacy masking, NTP synchronization, recording schedules, event actions and cybersecurity, followed by daytime/nighttime testing, IR and white-light verification, AI-event validation, recording/playback and retention checks, network/UPS-failure testing and complete as-built documentation.
