TiSO JETPAN

The TiSO Jetpan is a premium high-glass speed gate designed for corporate offices, commercial towers, banks, airports, government facilities, universities and other high-security entrances where pedestrian flow, anti-tailgating control and architectural appearance are all important. Jetpan uses TiSO’s BMDrive® servo-driven BLDC mechanism, combined with high-precision infrared safety sensors and artificial-intelligence-based passage detection to identify tailgating, wrong-way movement and unauthorized passage. Digital control of leaf force and speed helps protect users from impact, while the sensor system can recognize people carrying luggage and can also support free-exit operation without identification. The Jetpan 500 provides a 500 mm passage, approximately 0.7-second opening/closing, around 30 persons/minute controlled throughput and up to 60 persons/minute in free-flow mode, with an MCBF of approximately 10 million cycles. It uses the DeadLock® locking system, supports bidirectional operation, and automatically opens its high retractable glass leaves in fire-alarm mode. Standard construction is brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316, polished stainless steel and RAL powder-coated options available. For wider and accessible entrances, the related TiSO Jetpan 900 provides a 900 mm passage width, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility, wheelchair users and passengers carrying larger luggage. Jetpan 900 uses high retractable wings and intelligent optical sensing to confirm that an authorized person has actually passed before generating the corresponding attendance or access event. TiSO specifies approximately 18 persons/minute controlled throughput, up to 60 persons/minute free-flow throughput and around 2.2-second opening/closing, with an MCBF of approximately 5 million cycles. The controller incorporates an OLED display, onboard configuration buttons, self-diagnostics, error logging and warning records, while integrated DotLights®, RFIDLights®, EdgeLight® and optional FloorLights® provide clear visual guidance. The gate operates from 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 12 VDC, is fail-safe during power loss so that the leaves can be opened manually, and supports integration with virtually any third-party access-control system.
