TiSO SWEEPER-HGW

The TiSO SWEEPER-HGW is a high-glass, extra-wide speed gate designed for entrances requiring both enhanced physical security and comfortable wheelchair, trolley or luggage access. Its high tempered-glass swing leaves help prevent people from climbing over the gate or passing objects above it, while the special cabinet design supports a passage width of up to 1200 mm, with 550–900 mm alternatives available depending on the project configuration. TiSO specifies a cabinet size of approximately 192 × 1750 mm, glass heights of 1500–1800 mm, throughput of around 20 persons per minute in controlled single-access mode and an opening/closing time of about 1.8 seconds for the 1200 mm configuration, with faster 0.7–0.9 second operation associated with narrower versions. The system uses a BLDC servo drive with ToothLock®, provides safety and anti-tailgating sensors, integrated LED access-status indication, low-noise operation, fail-safe manual opening during power failure, automatic opening during fire-alarm mode and an MCBF of approximately 5 million cycles. Standard construction is brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316, polished stainless steel and RAL powder-coated finishes available; power can be supplied from 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 12 VDC. The related TiSO SWEEPER is the standard waist-height model for premium offices, hotels, banks and commercial reception areas, offering 550 mm and 900 mm passage widths, opening/closing times of approximately 0.3 and 0.6 seconds, and controlled throughput of about 40 and 30 persons per minute respectively, with free-flow capacity up to around 60 persons per minute. It uses TiSO’s BMDrive® BLDC servo mechanism and ToothLock® locking system, together with high-precision infrared sensors and AI-assisted logic to identify tailgating, wrong-way passage, unauthorized entry and users carrying luggage. It is rated for approximately 10 million cycles and includes self-diagnostics, OLED-based controller configuration, DotLights®, RFIDLights® and EdgeLights® status guidance, plus optional supercapacitor automatic opening during a power failure. The higher-security SWEEPER-HG retains the same BMDrive®/ToothLock® architecture but uses glass leaves up to 1800 mm high, with 550 mm or 900 mm lanes, approximately 0.7 or 0.9 second operation, 10-million-cycle MCBF and the same stainless-steel/custom-finish options. In practical selection, SWEEPER is best for fast standard lobby access, SWEEPER-HG is preferred when higher glass is required to reduce climbing and overreach, and SWEEPER-HGW combines high glass with a substantially wider accessible lane.
