TiSO SWEEPER-M

The TiSO Sweeper-M is a premium next-generation speed gate created for corporate headquarters, business centres, airports, transport terminals, universities, stadiums and high-end commercial buildings where entrance security must also complement modern interior design. It uses TiSO’s BMDrive® servo-driven BLDC mechanism together with the ToothLock® locking system, providing fast, smooth and durable gate movement with an MCBF of approximately 10 million cycles. Sweeper-M is available with approximately 550 mm and 900 mm passage widths, with opening/closing times of about 0.3 seconds and 0.6 seconds respectively; TiSO lists single-access throughput of approximately 40 persons/minute for the 550 mm lane and 30 persons/minute for the 900 mm lane, with free-flow capacity reaching around 60 persons/minute. Other important functions include anti-tailgating detection, bi-directional operation, fire-alarm integration, manual control, access-control-system integration, fail-safe manual opening during power loss and optional automatic opening using a supercapacitor. Standard construction combines tempered glass and brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, while powder-coated RAL finishes can be specified to suit the project interior. A distinctive feature of the Sweeper-M is its integrated dynamic media/LED panel system, allowing the body of the speed gate itself to become part of the building’s visual identity. TiSO states that the system incorporates approximately 65,000+ LEDs across the panels and housing, enabling logos, graphics, patterns, branding messages and changing visual concepts to be displayed directly on the gate without adding separate displays. The system also incorporates DotLights®, RFIDLights® and EdgeLights® for user guidance and access-status indication. Its intelligent controller includes an OLED display and onboard buttons for configuration, while the BMDrive® mechanism provides self-diagnostics, fault logging and digital control of leaf force and movement. High-precision safety sensors help prevent contact with users and recognize passage scenarios involving luggage or free exit, while TiSO also highlights integration possibilities with RFID readers, facial recognition, biometric authentication, QR systems and even elevator destination-control systems. These capabilities make Sweeper-M especially suitable where the entrance gate must function simultaneously as a security device, architectural element and digital communication surface.
