TiSO SWEEPER-S

The TiSO Sweeper-S is an ultra-slim motorized speed gate designed for premium entrances such as corporate offices, banks, hotels, commercial towers and modern reception areas where both security and architectural appearance are important. Its cabinet is only about 110 mm wide, making it one of the slimmest models in TiSO’s speed-gate range while still housing the drive mechanism internally. Sweeper-S uses TiSO’s BMDrive® BLDC servo mechanism together with the PinLock® locking system, digital control of leaf speed and force, self-diagnostics, OLED-based controller setup and high-precision infrared sensors. It supports 550 mm and 1000 mm passage widths, with opening/closing times of approximately 0.7 seconds and 1.0 second respectively, and is rated for around 10 million operating cycles. Standard construction is brushed AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316, polished stainless steel and RAL powder-coated finishes available. Other key functions include anti-tailgating, wrong-way and unauthorized-passage detection, luggage recognition, fire-alarm integration, fail-safe manual opening during power failure, optional automatic opening by supercapacitor, and DotLights®, RFIDLights® and EdgeLights® visual indication. The related TiSO Sweeper offers the same core BMDrive® technology in a wider cabinet and is intended where faster operation or a more conventional speed-gate format is preferred. It supports 550 mm and 900 mm lanes, opening/closing in approximately 0.3 seconds and 0.6 seconds, and uses TiSO’s ToothLock® locking mechanism. The Sweeper also provides AI-assisted passage monitoring, infrared safety sensing, anti-tailgating, detection of unauthorized or reverse-direction passage, luggage recognition, and the same range of stainless-steel or powder-coated finishes. It is rated for approximately 10 million cycles, operates from 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 12 VDC, and supports integrated status lighting and reader areas. In practical selection, Sweeper-S is best where an ultra-slim 110 mm cabinet and minimalist appearance are priorities, while the standard Sweeper is better suited where faster opening speed and a wider conventional cabinet are acceptable. Both models can be arranged as single lanes or multi-lane banks with additional centre cabinets, allowing VEGA Digital to create standard, accessible and visitor lanes within one coordinated entrance system. For VEGA Digital IT Solutions LLC’s TiSO integration projects across Dubai and the UAE, Sweeper-S and Sweeper can be implemented as part of a complete pedestrian entrance-management solution beginning with site survey, pedestrian-flow analysis, lane-width selection and multi-lane layout planning. Installation can include floor preparation and mechanical anchoring, 100–240 VAC power, low-voltage and Cat6/network cabling, RFID or biometric reader mounting, access-controller integration, RS485/dry-contact interfaces, fire-alarm/emergency-release wiring and synchronization of multiple lanes. VEGA Digital can integrate the speed gates with RFID/smart-card readers, facial-recognition terminals, fingerprint devices, QR-code readers, employee attendance systems, visitor-management platforms and centralized access-control software.
