ZKTeco BGM1000 SERIES

The ZKTeco BGM1000 Series is a modern automatic vehicle barrier designed for residential communities, commercial buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, factories and parking facilities where reliable vehicle access control is required. It uses a 24 VDC brushless motor, ZKTeco’s interactive LED chassis design, a programmable control panel and an SCM421-material gear transmission system to deliver stable, low-maintenance operation. ZKTeco specifies a 3 million-cycle motor MCBF, approximately 120 W output power, remote-control operation up to around 30 m, and an operating temperature range from about -35°C to +70°C. The standard barrier supports a 3 m straight boom with approximately 1.5-second operation, while the cabinet measures around 350 × 280 × 1000 mm and weighs about 45 kg. These characteristics make the BGM1000 a practical solution for normal residential and commercial parking entrances where compact size, fast operation and straightforward integration are priorities. For projects requiring higher traffic capacity or more advanced performance, ZKTeco offers the ProBG8000 Series and ProBG3000 Series. The ProBG8000 is a premium servo-driven barrier using a 24 V DC brushless servo motor and planetary reduction system, with an MCBF of up to 10 million cycles, 100% duty cycle, IP54 protection and adjustable opening/closing speed from approximately 0.3 to 6 seconds. Models include ProBG8030L/R with a boom up to 3 m and ProBG8045L/R up to 4.5 m, while its 7-colour RGB LED strip can visually indicate closed, normal-use and standby status. It also supports loop, infrared and radar detector control, anti-smash logic, traffic-light control, optional Ethernet/Bluetooth, fire-alarm dry contact and multiple anti-collision functions. The ProBG3000 Series uses a high-performance servo motor and is available as ProBG3000 straight boom, ProBG3100 90° folding boom and ProBG3200 fence boom. Boom lengths range from 3 m up to 6 m depending on model, with IP54 protection, approximately 100 W consumption, 24 VDC internal operation from a 100–240 VAC supply and an operating range from around -40°C to +75°C.
