ZKTeco Saturn-F1000

The ZKTeco Saturn-F1000 is a modern high-efficiency flap-barrier pedestrian access-control system designed for offices, commercial towers, hotels, government buildings, transport facilities and other medium-to-high-traffic entrances. It uses a durable cold-rolled SPCC steel chassis with retractable polycarbonate barrier wings and a DC brushless motor capable of opening or closing the gate in less than one second per movement. Its security functions include infrared safety detection, anti-pinch protection, anti-tailgating detection, anti-intrusion monitoring, wrong-way-entry alarm, automatic closing when no passage occurs, automatic unlocking during an emergency and automatic opening during power failure. The Saturn-F1000 supports multiple authentication technologies, including RFID cards, QR codes and facial recognition, with throughput of up to approximately 30 passengers per minute using RFID/QR and around 15 passengers per minute with facial recognition. It carries IPX4 protection, operates from approximately -20°C to +70°C, is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, supports fire-alarm dry-contact input, and can work with ZKBio CVAccess or ZKBio CVSecurity depending on the installed access controller. ZKTeco also supplies the unit pre-assembled and provides an optional base plate for sites where the finished floor is not suitable for direct installation. The related Saturn-S1000 Plus Series uses a swing-barrier design rather than retractable flap wings and is intended for projects that require wider, more accessible pedestrian passages. The family includes the Saturn-S1000 Plus single-lane model and Saturn-S1200 Plus additional/dual-swing model, with a standard 600 mm lane width and an optional width up to approximately 900 mm. It uses a DC brushless motor, provides an average movement time of about 1 second, and incorporates six pairs of infrared sensors for enhanced obstacle detection and dual anti-pinch protection. Authentication can be configured with under-mounted RFID or QR readers, optional fingerprint readers such as FR1200/FR1500S, or surface-mounted facial authentication, while throughput reaches approximately 35 persons/minute with RFID, 30 with QR and 15 with facial recognition. The series uses a cold-rolled SPCC chassis with aluminium-alloy gate columns, 2.5D tempered-glass authentication areas, LED lane-status indications, an internal speaker, a voltage-free fire-alarm input, RS485 communication and an MCBF of approximately 3 million cycles.The newer Saturn-S4000 Series raises the performance level further with DC brushless motors, 0.3–0.6 second swing movement, 12 dToF sensors for precise anti-tailgating and anti-pinch detection, 650 mm standard lanes and optional 1,000 mm accessible lanes. Available as the S4000 single-lane and S4200 dual-lane configuration, it also supports RFID, fingerprint, QR, facial and palm authentication and can incorporate a 23.9-inch vertical dual LCD display for branding or promotional content managed over Wi-Fi.
