ZKTeco Saturn-T1000 Pro

The ZKTeco Saturn-T1000 Pro is a next-generation motorized tripod turnstile designed for reliable pedestrian entrance and exit management in corporate offices, commercial facilities, stations, ports, exhibition centres and public venues. It uses a smooth brushless DC motor to provide gentle-touch, bi-directional tripod movement while maintaining controlled one-person passage and anti-tailgating protection. The system provides a 550 mm single lane, 500 mm SUS304 stainless-steel tripod arms, LED guidance with blue for standby, green for access granted and red for alarm/error, an internal buzzer and a robust electro-galvanized steel chassis with baked-enamel finish. ZKTeco rates the mechanism at approximately 5 million MCBF cycles, with 40 W operating / 10 W standby power, noise below 65 dB, operating temperatures from -28°C to +60°C and an IPX4 rating, allowing indoor, sheltered-outdoor and outdoor deployment. Authentication options include RFID, facial authentication and dynamic/static QR codes, while optional fingerprint readers such as FR1200/FR1500S can also be integrated. Throughput is approximately 15 persons/minute with face authentication and 25 persons/minute with RFID or QR. The related ZKTeco Saturn-T1000 is the value-oriented non-motorized/drop-arm model within the Saturn family. It retains the same 550 mm lane, bi-directional passage, SUS304 tripod arms, LED status indication and emergency automatic drop-arm function, but its cabinet uses cold-rolled SPCC steel with powder coating rather than the Pro model’s electro-galvanized chassis and brushless-drive architecture. The Saturn-T1000 supports facial recognition, RFID and static/dynamic QR authentication, integrates with C3, InBio or suitable third-party controllers, and works with ZKBio CVAccess and ZKBio CVSecurity when connected through the access-control panel. ZKTeco specifies approximately 15 persons/minute with face verification and 25 persons/minute with RFID or QR, 40 W operating consumption, 10 W standby, less than 65 dB noise and operation from approximately -20°C to +70°C. Both Saturn versions include a voltage-free fire-alarm input and automatically drop the tripod arm during a power outage or fire-alarm event, but the Saturn-T1000 Pro is the stronger choice for applications demanding smoother powered movement, greater durability and higher lifecycle performance.
