The HIKVISION DS-K1T8005EFWX-B Pro Fingerprint Terminal is a compact professional access-control and time-attendance terminal designed for offices, commercial buildings, financial institutions, warehouses and other controlled-entry environments. It features a 2.4-inch 320 × 240 LCD display, Linux operating system and an optical fingerprint reader, with authentication through fingerprint, 125 kHz EM card and PIN. The terminal supports up to 3,000 fingerprints, 3,000 cards and 100,000 events, together with 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It also provides interfaces for one electric lock, one exit button, one door-contact input, tamper monitoring and USB, and supports web-client configuration, ISAPI and ISUP 5.0, access-control operation and local time-attendance functions. The “-B” version supports power from a battery installed in the compatible bracket, providing additional resilience where backup operation is required. The wider DS-K1T8005 Pro Series provides several alternatives depending on card technology and Wi-Fi requirements. DS-K1T8005EFX combines fingerprint, EM card and PIN without Wi-Fi, while DS-K1T8005MFX provides the same fingerprint platform with 13.56 MHz M1 cards and no Wi-Fi. DS-K1T8005MFWX adds 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to the fingerprint/M1-card configuration, and DS-K1T8005MFWX-B adds the same backup-battery-in-bracket capability as the EFWX-B model.
