The HIKVISION DS-K1T809EX Value Series Card Terminal is a slim, metal-built standalone access-control terminal designed for offices, commercial buildings, residential entrances, warehouses and other single-door applications. It supports 125 kHz EM card and PIN authentication, with capacity for up to 1,000 users and 1,000 cards. The terminal provides one lock-control output, one exit-button input, one door-contact input, one alarm output and Wiegand 26/34 output, allowing it to connect directly with standard door-access hardware. It operates from 12 VDC / 1 A, has an approximate card-reading distance of 3 cm, and is rated IP65 for outdoor use, with an operating temperature range of approximately -40°C to +65°C. Its narrow 151 × 48 × 21.5 mm body makes it especially suitable for door-frame and mullion installations where space is limited. The wider DS-K1T809 Value Series provides alternative models according to card technology and wireless-management requirements. DS-K1T809MX replaces the EM reader with a 13.56 MHz M1/MIFARE card reader and supports up to 1,000 M1 cards. DS-K1T809EWX combines an EM card reader with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, increases card capacity to approximately 5,000 cards, supports 1,000 users, and provides AP mode, mobile-web configuration and Hik-Connect compatibility. DS-K1T809MWX offers the same Wi-Fi-enabled architecture and capacities but uses a M1/MIFARE card reader instead of EM.
