HIKVISION DS-K2800

The HIKVISION DS-K2800 Value Series Access Controller is a reliable network-based card access-control platform designed for small and medium commercial, residential and institutional projects. The series supports TCP/IP communication, Wiegand 26/34 card readers, alarm input/output, door contacts, exit buttons and lock relays, while storing up to 10,000 valid cards and 50,000 card-swipe events. It uses a 32-bit processor and supports functions such as NTP time synchronization, attendance integration, watchdog monitoring and permanent data retention during power loss. The controllers operate from 100–240 VAC, support working temperatures from approximately -20°C to +65°C, and can continue to provide basic door-control operation even if communication with the management software is temporarily interrupted. The DS-K2800 family is available in three main models to suit different door counts. DS-K2801 is a single-door controller with 1 lock output, 1 exit button input, 1 door contact input, 1 alarm output and support for up to 2 Wiegand readers. DS-K2802 controls two doors, providing 2 lock outputs, 2 exit buttons, 2 door contacts, 2 alarm outputs and support for up to 4 Wiegand readers. DS-K2804 expands the platform to four doors, offering 4 lock relays, 4 exit-button inputs, 4 door contacts, 4 alarm outputs and 4 Wiegand reader interfaces. All three models share the same approximate enclosure size of 285 × 237 × 69 mm, with power capacity increasing according to the number of connected doors and locks. This allows consultants to standardize on one controller family while selecting the appropriate capacity for single-door, double-door or four-door applications.
