WatchNET WAC-4D4TOS-PCB

The WatchNET WAC-4D4TOS-PCB is a high-performance 4-door, 4-reader access control controller designed for commercial, enterprise and high-security installations. It uses a 32-bit ST ARM Cortex-M4 processor and supports 10/100 Mbps TCP/IP communication, along with PoE+ up to 30W for simplified network and power deployment. The controller can work with both Wiegand and OSDP readers at the same time, supporting Wiegand formats from 24 to 72 bits. It provides four door relays, four supervised door sensors, four supervised exit-button inputs, four supervised auxiliary inputs and two auxiliary outputs, making it suitable for complete four-door control from a single board. The platform supports around 100,000 cardholders, expandable to 250,000, and approximately 1,000,000 transaction records, expandable to 2,000,000 logs. The WAC-4D4TOS-PCB also includes advanced access-control functions for demanding security environments. Features include 24 flow-control settings, lockdown mode, master-and-slave cards, multi-group card authentication, user PIN identification, anti-passback and multiple programmable door-status modes. It supports both standalone and networked operation and is compatible with other WatchNET access controllers, PoE-series controllers, elevator controllers and I/O expansion devices. The controller includes backup-battery charging and battery monitoring, while its onboard memory is designed to retain information for up to 20 years during power loss. WatchNET specifies an operating range of approximately -40°C to +70°C, and the unit carries CE, FCC and RoHS certifications, supporting dependable operation in professional access-control environments.
