ZKTeco Mars-F1000 Series

The ZKTeco Mars-F1000 Series is a premium flap-barrier pedestrian access-control system designed for corporate offices, commercial towers, hotels, banks, government facilities and high-traffic reception areas where fast passage, modern appearance and reliable security are required. It uses a brushless motor with retracting acrylic barrier wings, provides a 600 mm passage, and supports throughput of up to approximately 30 persons per minute. ZKTeco specifies five pairs of infrared sensors as standard, expandable to up to 12 pairs, LED status indication, an MCBF of approximately 3 million cycles, operating temperatures from -25°C to +65°C, and indoor or sheltered-outdoor installation. Electrical requirements are 100–120 VAC or 200–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with approximately 50 W working power and 22 W standby consumption. The cabinet and lid are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, with SUS316 available as an option, and the enclosure is rated IP34. A major advantage of the Mars platform is its snap-fit, screwless and modularized construction, developed by ZKTeco to simplify assembly, service and component replacement. The related Mars-B1000 Series and Mars-B1200 Series use swing-barrier technology rather than the retracting flap arrangement of the F1000, making them particularly suitable for elegant standard or wider-access pedestrian lanes. The Mars-B1000 provides a standard 650 mm lane with an optional width up to approximately 900 mm, uses a brushless motor, supports around 25 persons per minute, and incorporates six pairs of infrared sensors with expansion to up to 12 pairs. It has an approximately 3-million-cycle MCBF, 55 W operating / 22 W standby power, SUS304 construction with optional SUS316, and acrylic barriers that can optionally be specified in stainless steel or tempered glass.The Mars-B1200 follows a very similar performance architecture—650 mm standard / up to 900 mm optional lane, 25 persons per minute, brushless motor, six IR sensor pairs, 3-million-cycle MCBF and IP34 protection—but uses a different cabinet configuration and weight profile within the Mars family. Both models support LED passage indication and are designed for indoor or sheltered outdoor operation from approximately -25°C to +65°C.
